This is a boxing circuit with a bang — bag work, body pad drills, and pad work… followed by a core-burning abs blast to finish!


Expect good vibesgood music, and a fantastic workout that:

Jay and Chad will help you with technique, boxing basics, and fundamentals — while giving you the space to enjoy another great Team Chad workout.


‼️ No outdoor footwear in the gym.

Boxing boots, indoor trainers, or barefoot/socks only.
