The CHAD BURN – UPPER BODY

This is a weights circuit for hypertrophy, with a Team Chad twist.
Using our proven methodology:
45-second intervals
10 upper body-focused stations
— chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and abs — nothing gets left out.
Intensity is key.
Hit the muscle, burn it out, move on.
You don’t need hours in the gym, set after set. You just need to go hard, break the muscle down, then rest and grow. Simple.
That’s what we do in the CHAD BURN.
We train like we always have:
Turn up
Give it 100%
Get done, get out
And like we always have, we finish with a bit of boxing.
Loosen up. Get the lungs working. Be able to perform as well as the look.

10 stations
45 seconds per station
Work in partners
2 laps = 30 minutes non-stop work
No rest between laps
Then we hit 5 x 1-minute blasts on the bags
Finish with a stretch
