Built to be doable for 90% of people, thanks to a mix of slam ball weights and flexible rep schemes — this session is designed for progress, not perfection.
The Team Chad Methodology:

Exercise of your choice
Bagwork
This combination is elite.
As far as the exercise part goes — you can do ANY movement with the slam ball.
Want to focus on legs? Core? Upper body? Or mix it up?
It’s on you, based on your goals and where you’re at.
