records relating to other people living at the same address with whom you are

No personal information has to be provided by you to us at
any time.
HOW
LONG YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT
We will hold your personal information for the following

including name, address, telephone, email and age will be held for 1 year
to satisfy UK tax law
- But on
renewal by client, information will be visible again for the new period.
These periods are no longer than necessary in each case.
